1. Acceptance of terms
By browsing or buying from The Vantage Store ("we", "us") at thevantagestore.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Your account
You do not need to create an account to shop with us. You are responsible for keeping the email address used at checkout accessible, as that is where we send your download links and receipt.
3. Digital products
All products sold on this site are digital downloads — e-books (PDF) and video courses. They are licensed for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute or host the materials publicly. Each licence is granted to a single purchaser.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. An order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified.
5. Delivery
Because our products are digital, delivery is instant. Download links are emailed to the address you provide immediately after a successful payment. If you do not receive your links within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us at info@thevantagestore.com.
6. Refunds and guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every digital product. If a course does not meet your expectations, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We may refuse a refund where we have evidence the materials have been copied or redistributed in breach of section 3.
7. Intellectual property
All content — text, images, videos and downloads — is owned by The Vantage Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. No professional advice
Our courses are educational guides. Working on a vehicle carries inherent risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for ensuring any work complies with local laws and manufacturer specifications. We accept no liability for damage or injury resulting from applying what you learn.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies to your purchase.
